Anyone else like toys? [Some mature responses]
 

I'm a casual toy collector and love to pick them up when I get the chance.
I love things like LEGO and Mega Bloks the most.
I tend to buy those and action figures such as the Halo Reach ones, Transformers, and I used to get Star Wars ones too, though I also buy Monster High dolls.

So anyone else here buy toys?
And if so, what kinds are your favorites?

I buy a lot of like... TY Beanies and such. ONLY THE HALLOWEEN ONES THOUGH. Because I'm an avid bat plushie collector. I also like collecting/buying little Pokemon figurines and whatnot, too. ^3^

Eh, ignore the people who give you crap. There's plenty of people who enjoy the same thing as you, there's nothing wrong with it.

I would get Pokemon figurines, but since they can't be posed and used for pictures I haven't u__u
I would love a poseable Toxicroak or Croagunk..

I like action figures, too. I don't really.. own any.. But I would like to.

Ball joint dolls are nice!

I used to play with Legos all the time.. Make robots and what-not. I should buy myself some. I also used to have Bionicles. I don't even know what happened to those. One shot blue balls out of it's arm xD and had a glowing blue sword! It lit up when you pressed a button. :3

Honestly, I want to collect Manatee Plushes. That is something I would like to get started on.

I used to collect a whole bunch of TY Beanie Babies when I was young. Most of them are packed in a box in the basement, but I kept all the cats and bears, and they're on shelves in my room atm. :3

Otherwise, not really. Unless you count pez dispenser characters. <_<

Do you have the Grunt?

Yes, yes I do. Only ones I am missing are the red Mark V(b) and the Marine Green HAZOP.

I didn't even know there was a green HAZOP, I've only seen the Cyan and Yellow ones in the two packs

Right now I only have the normal blue Elite Minor, and I have the Green CQC Spartan and purple Elite Minor that came in a two pack.
I wanted to get the Elite Officer in series 2 (or is it 3?) but I really don't like the orange color he's got.
So for now I'm going to try and get the Grunt Ultra, and maybe the Grunt Minor as well.

I collect (or used to, I haven't gotten any for a year or so) action figures and I have abouuut... oh gosh let me do the math...

somewhere between 40-55 I'd say, if you count some of the HeroClix pieces AND I DO >u> I don't actually play but they came out with Indy Clix aaaand of course I had to get some..

I have superhero (mostly DC I kind of hate Marvel figures) and anime / manga and cartoon and movie / tv show - mainly NECA - videogame and other comics and oh man I just realized if you count my Uglydolls and other random figures and my random Japanese Sanrio stuff...might me more like 65-70 xD

Nooo that was after I stopped reading comics ... I keep being told I need to pick it up but I've really never cared much about/ for the whole Green Lantern / Lantern Corps stories so I don't know how much I'd enjoy it ..

I have all of the 52 series though (I think) and a few of the Alex Ross Justice series ...but the majority of my DC Direct figures are just things I find cool like the Batman and Superman from that Red Son (? I think that's the title) Elseworlds story, a bunch of Vertigo stuff (yay Vertigo <333), Superboy Prime because I like to put him in emo poses, etc. (I blame Atop the 4th Wall for that one lmao)

I think I just out-geeked everyone in the room. xD

I don't follow any super hero stories or anything like that, I just like the toys of them. I don't own any because I don't like them THAT much, but I mean zombie Batman? Beyond awesome.

I used to collect pokemon figurines and all manner of plushies. My parents threw out most of my plushies, though. I still have most of my pokemon figurines. My favorite one is my Eevee one that's like... 4 inches tall. My Pikachu collection alone has about a dozen figures in it.

Lately I've begun to collect anime figurines. I lack the monetary funding to do any hardcore collecting, though.
