So, yes, I am here today to talk to you about Sailor Moon. Please, discuss anything freely about the anime/manga as you please. Tell us your favorite Sailor Senshi, your favorite season, your favorite villain or your favorite movie. Please don't just list them and think that's discussion.

My favorite Sailor Senshi is Sailor Uranus. I don't know what it is, but I love that she is so different from the other Sailor Senshi and will fight to win no matter what. My favorite season is the fourth season because I loved all the characters in it, even though the Outer Sailor Senshi weren't really in it. My favorite villain is Queen Nehelenia because she is the most beautiful queen in all the land. My favorite movie is the R movie because they hinted at homosexuality between Mamoru and Fiore. 8D <3

Anyway, my favorite character as a child was sailor mars.
I ended up watching the original japanese episodes a couple years ago because the english ones were... e_e terrifying.

I remember watching Sailor Moon when I was toddler, my favorite Sailor Senshi was Saturn. My sister used to be Mars (my Mom made my sister a sailor Mars outfit when she was little for Halloween). Now I think her fovorite is Sailor Pluto

Not sure what my favorite season is, but Sailor Mercury definitely is my favorite. Alan and Ann (yeah, I watched the English dub as a kid) were always my favorite villains.

@Otouto: The English version is absolutely horrible. How people will only watch the English dub frightens me. D8

Sailor Pluto, please! She's ALWAYS been my favorite, since the very beginning, in season two when you see flashes of her when Small Lady contacts her through Luna P. :3

As far as favorite season goes? ... Probably season three. Mistress Nine... -drools- And the heart snatchers were pretty funny. xDD; As were the Witches 5.

XD man my favorite villain was nephrite, it still makes me cry when he dies in the show. T^T, my favorite scout was the outer planets.

I would have to say. . . .mine are the star lights. Cause not many people know who they are or even seen them. My fave out of them is Yaten. X3 so much love to him/her.

Sailor Saturn was my favorite, my sister's was either Mars or Pluto

My username comes from Sailor Starmaker but that is not my favorite senshi at all. xD It's hard for me to decide, I really like Sailor Uranus but I'd have to go with Sailor Jupiter as being my favorite. She's also the reason why my favorite color is green. *u* My favorite season was the Sailor Stars! I felt like it had less filler in it than the other seasons. I really wish I had the time to rewatch all of it though, cuz I totally would!

I WOULD WATCH IT WITH YOU, TAIKI! I love love love love going through the seasons over and over again. <3

But I never have anyone to watch them with. =[

My favorite Sailor Moon character is Small Lady Serenity. I love the color pink and I always felt like I had a deep connection with her and she kinda represented m personality. I also think she is adorable and she had the same dream as me, to "become a lady." :3 Hmm, my favorite movie would have to be the first one that came out where Serenity had to save the world from the flower thingies lol and she turned all awesome on the comet and turned into the Moon princess to save everyone from a crash course into earth. I'm not sure who my favorite villain is hmmm...probably the last season's villain.

Anyone else excited about the English re-release of the manga?!

As you might have guessed, my favorite character is Sailor Moon herself.

Favorite villain I'd have to say is... Sailor Galaxia.

I love sailor venus the best strangely of the inner senshi, Uranus of the outers and Seiya Kou aka Sailor Star Fighter the best overall. I love sailor Stars the final season, and hate the english version but dont have the monies for the good jap version with eng subs.. T_T

A decent quality version of the series is hard to find in any format now.
You have to pay a ton to get it...
It's really upsetting because I would love to own the series too.

Of the inner Senshi I always liked Jupiter myself. I could relate to her fairly well. Of the Outers I liked most of them but my favorites were Uranus and Saturn. My favorite Starlight was definitely Fighter aka Seiya. I always though he and Serena made the best couple. As to villians, my favorite was always Prince Diamond.

I grew up watching Sailor Moon from when I was 4 or 6 and up, and at age 9 I had all 3 movies in VHS format, in the original Japanese language with subtitles.
Sailor Moon was actually what started me liking anime, overall.

I've watched this series soooooooo many times. I do have to say I love it more in Japanese, mostly cause it's the only way I don't feel the need to smack Michiru around. I really, really hated her in English.

I have always loved Pluto(damn you scientific community for removing her planetary status!) out of all seasons and all scouts.

And batty, if you make him watch it, please be kind and make him watch the japanese. Unless he's angered you, then English is okay.

Hmm.. my favorite senshi has been Saturn since I laid eyes on her. She's got a lovely design and my favorite color. And I like that she had so much tragedy about her that the other senshi seemed to lack sometimes. But I also love Mars a ton cause she's so fiery. XD It's pretty close between those too. I really love all the senshi though. ;w;
Favorite season.. I think was the stars season. It might have been because I only saw it once.. or maybe because I'm not a huge fan of tuxedo mask and he wasn't in it. XD
I love the Sailor Moon Movie S.. cause I loved having a story for Luna. She was too cute in the whole thing.
My favorite villain was definitely Mistress 9. She was pretty... >_> But I also liked when ChibiUsa became Wicked Lady too..
And I liked Galaxia cause she had a nice story and I loved that she was saved in the end.

Sorry for bumping an old post but I really love BSSM. It was the first anime and manga I got into when I was 13.

My favourite senshi are Venus, we share the same sign, Jupiter, we look a like and are both tom boys, and Saturn, we're gothy and the like.

I also like Nehelenia and Galaxia. I think they're neat sympathetic villains. Well Galaxia moreso in the anime than manga.

I also really like PGSM and I wish there were more seasons. I would have loved to see the Outer Senshi in PGSM. =( But I really liked it because the way the henshins made sense (they had regular hair colours and then afterwards they had crazy hair colours), and I liked that their fukus were true to the manga in detail and colour scheme. It also made me have newfound respect for Tuxedo Mask hehe.

I watched it all the time when I was little. Loved it- and still do. ^^

I've always been a fan of Sailor Mercury. She's level headed, keeps the group together when they can't seem to get along, and she's a major nerd.
In a way, Mercury is similar to me because I contain most of her trait- minus the level headed part.

My favorite villians would be Alan and Ann. I don't particularly know why I like them so much! It might be their background. Their background was the most interesting out of all the villians.

With the rerelease of the manga, and rumors of funimation redubbing the whole series, I've gotten way back into it.

Pluto is my favorite. :3

Wait they are remaking it?

Supposedly.

They announced it at comic con, [Or was it Otakon?] in 2009.
I don't know if they're still doing so, or not, but if they are its going to be HUGE.

Is it by Tokyo Pop? Because the closed their publishing portion.

The Manga, or the Anime?

The Manga has been completely redone by Kodansha, and they've also released for the first time in America: Codename Sailor V.

The anime is rumored to being redubbed by Funimation.
