~ { Mis' Birthday Bash! } ~ So my birthday is coming up on the 26th of June, I will be turning 22 years old, and since I probably won't be doing anything in real life, I wanted to make a thread here and celebrate with all of my friends here! It also gives me a chance to meet and make new friends while having a good time! Anyone can post here, in fact I encourage everyone to post! I plan on making this thread as fun as possible... No promises non being successful though... But the attempt will be there! ~ { Dear Friends... } ~ I don't know what I could possibly say here... I do have to point out that I will not single out any one friend of mine, because I love you all so very much. You have all made my experience here on Trisphee so far one that I will never forget. Many of you have helped me through difficult times in my recent past, and have also guided me into a positive place of thought. There's nothing in the world that could replace any single one of you. I hope you all know how dear you are to me. That's why I chose to be here for my birthday, to spend it with people whom I care for, that also care for me. I'm soo tired... It's 7:22am and I have to be up at 9:30am for school, but I've been up cleaning and investigating my bed for bed bugs. T_T I saw one earlier and I'm worried I may have an infestation, but this is the only one I've seen, and only the 2nd I've seen in a week. And I'm not even sure the first thing I saw was a bed bug. >< I'ma try and get my landlord to treat me apartment for 'em... |
ive never even seen a bed bug before, but i cleaned behind the couch the other day and found out we have an infestation of silverfish >< i hate insects so much...

I'm doing well, thank you. I'm working a longer day than I'm used to, but now that summer's started, I have less to do at work all day today than I usually have to do in half a day, which is interesting. I get to kick back and read and play on the internet! :D how are you today? |
I'm doing fine thanks ^_^ I'm having fun chatting with people on avi sites and such. What kind of work allows you to have access to the net to goof off? XD
On a side note, I'm also a bit puzzled cause I want to open up an art shop but I wouldn't know what prices I should put on my artwork >.< |
I'm an audio/visual technician for my school's therapy clinic. therapists schedule online to have their sessions recorded so they can review them with their professors, and I sit in a little room all by myself with controls for the cameras in every room, and lots of monitors, and lots of VCRs. I set up the recordings and make sure the therapist and clients are always in the cameras, and when I have nothing to do I get to goof off! since I have the room to myself, I can watch Netflix, or dance like a crazyperson, or do whatever I want. except probably nap. napping is probably bad. I napped once or twice while I was sick and there was nothing going on, but I wouldn't do it regularly.
I don't really know how to price art on here either. ^.^;; maybe you could hold an auction and get a feel for how much people are willing to offer? or else the Art Discussion section is a good place to ask other artists about pricing. |
Wow, that sounds like an interesting job XD And yeah, I don't think napping when you have to watch cameras is a good thing...very bad indeed especially if you get caught doing that. though it would be more understandable when your sick.
Hrm...maybe I'll do that. I don't really know how to set up an art auction though XD I've never done that before. Oh and example of the art I do is in my sig with my pixel doll. |

I've never set up an auction before, but I guess looking at the other threads in that forum would help. give samples, post exactly what it is the winner gets, an end date, and you're good to go! I do like your pixel doll. very cute. :3 I think you'll be successful. |
