Nefer's Quest for the forbidden one...
 

...ok not exactly the forbidden one, but it would be cool don't you think? :cool:

Greetings to everyone, you have managed to stumple opon my Quest thread, where you may chat as you wish as well! *bows*

The nickname's Nefer, and I am...in my twenties, but not late twenties (it shall be the only information you get on my age for the time been lol). I am a big fan of cosplaying, and attend mostly Anime North and Otakuthon in Toronto and Montreal (and yes, I am a Canadian for those wondering).
My goal is to get the items in my list, and then perhaps more in case I decide to completely change my avatar in the future.
I only know two person on Trisphees IRL, but I'm not necessary feeling like saying who as they may prefer keeping it a secret ^_~

That is fine, and you should save for the event items first. I can hold it till like the 29th if you need. ^_^
You can, just right click and click "Copy Image Location" then put it between the img tags. ^_^

Lol well I wanted to see the poses and the such actually, Requiem Knight I know I want because I saw it on Rey, but the rest I have no idea what they look like ^^;

Hmmm, mostly Time Lord, Locked Legends and Spirit of the Tribe... It would be great if you could, the items look interesting but sometimes the preview doesn't mean anything, so I don't really want to buy something I may have no use for ^^;

I was wondering - the price guides, are they pretty accurate?? I wanna sell a few things i have double of to get currency to buy commons :).

Roachi, I think Samuel's price guide is pretty accurate with the exception of the Japan items, for those I did have to spend a little extra over what his guide says.

And normally yes, they are, though some people sell them underprice, like this one:

And some sell them overprice...Which I shall not state here for obvious reason xD

And some sell them at one or another price guide, like here:

So I guess if you want to make a bit more money you can just go with Sam's guide and ask for the highest price on it (like for example a Frostbite is 5000-6500, so you can ask for 6500). Or you can just tell people you're using _name of the guide_'s guide and they'll offer you a price ^^



Edit: I actually got my kitsune (Japan) for 5k...but some people got it for 6-7k, it really depends I guess...

I paid 6500 for my Bakeneko, and I still haven't gotten the Maneki Neko just because I can't seem to find a seller anymore, when I first tried to get it the seller was looking for 3k+ and I was poor then :/

I did what you said and just went with Sam's guide. Though i dunno if any of the items i have will interest anyone so maybe i should sell em a bit lower? lol

Well, if it's the donation items, or some event items, you can't get them anymore so they may probably interest someone.

Bah, there's always someone interested in something, and then there's the loaders who will buy everything in bulk even if they already have 5 versions of them...lol
