Re-posted do to previous poster of the original story leaving without even starting the roleplay. It seemed pretty popular, and I found it pretty interesting so I'll be starting it up again.

Rules:

-Follow the ToS and Forum Rules.

-Not everyone will start from the same town and you don't have to be. Travelling is fun but I feel things would be more interesting if they've met more people on the way and they add them to their group. You also have the right to decline an offer to join. However, in an attempt to circumvent God-modding, even if you start on Cinnabar Island, you will still have to travel and figure out the mystery.

-This roleplay will only use the original 151 pokemon (excluding Missingno, and Ho-oh.)

-Yes, I know this interpretation is false. We have to have some way to explain him within the Pokemon World without breaking the fourth-wall.

-You don't have to be just starting your Pokémon journey. You don't even have to be on one, just find a creative way to involve yourself into the story.

-Please be consistent. If you just crossed paths with someone who you've never met, don't automatically know them. You can be friendly with them, but don't call out their names until they've actually told them to you.

-Literacy. Please.

-Sorry no catching legendary Pokemon, but you may team up with them for a short period of time as long it revolves around the story.

-I shall be someone who gives info throughout the towns. I shall take on many personas. I might also give fake information. Piece it together and find out what fits and what doesn't. Good Luck. <-- Oh boy this will be fun on my part... xD

Bio: Renata and his twin sister have loved an grew up with pokemon all their life. He has heard things about missingno but never really believed the tale until he decided to take his pokemon and travel the world catching more and finding out more about this elusive pokemon.
Personality: Tends to charge straight in to situations but also has a few moments where he will think things through.
Pokémon: Jigglypuff, Vaporeon, and Alakazam.

Bio: lives at the house by route 12(lavender house bottom left of town))desided to go search for missingno when she was accosted by an unknown pokemon, catching it resulted in a spent pokeball and the appearance of a wild clafairy, upon catching the clefairy she found out it knew how to use the hidden machine trick of surf. she has taken this to be a sign to go to the island of cinnabar where she has heard rumor of a person who may know a little about the misterious pokemon

Personality: a little loud but willing to help, her hobby is teaching pokemon to sing, this is not always succesful she is also a not-so-subtle artist, on a related not a misetrious tagger by the psudonym 'chocobo' has been making their through dark tunnel

dude, i have cheated sing on all my haunters where i could and surfs on all my clefairys^^ actually other than cubone whom i dislike a bit i'm pleased as pie with my roster, though i really would rather have magicarp but the laveder girl had a cubone and i only need /one/ punchline pokemon^^

Oh, you can't teleport of course but you can start your story anywhere. You could be already on the journey and just pop in. It just depends on how you are roleplaying.

Appearance: (Caucasian, with dirty blonde bed head hair, wears a white/black pokeball themed short sleeve hoodie, has brown eyes, and a white bathing suit.)
Bio: Coming from Fuchsia city, he heard of the stories of Missingno. He decides to drop out of the Pokemon League to search and capture it. His first Pokemon was an extremely powerful Magikarp that has extreme anger issues and can knock out a charzard with 1 tackle attack.
Personality: Extremely easy going, very eager to battle trainers, likes to sleep.. A lot. Is always happy, so hence always smiling.
Pokémon:

Magikarp Male/ Known Moves: Splash, and Tackle.
Bio: An extremely powerful Magikarp with abnormal strength. He has an extreme anger issue with... EVERYTHING, and is surprisingly the powerhouse in Tye's team. Too bad it refuses to listen half the time...

Snorlax Male/ Known Moves : Surf, Rest, and Body Slam.
Bio: Known to be extremely lazy, Snorlax is constantly sleeping and is normally used for Tye to sleep on as he claims his stomach is comfy as a pillow.

Ferefetch'd Male/ Known Moves: Cut, Fly, Agility, and Slash.
Bio: Tye's HM whore, Ferefetch'd is has an abnormal personality. He wears a top hat, and monocle for unknown purposes. He acts extremely well defined.

Growlithe Female/ Known Moves: Roar, Ember, Leer, and Take Down.
Bio: The only female pokemon on Tye's team, she is hopelessly weak. However she hates battling, and enjoys to be pampered. Whenever she is out of her Pokeball she is groomed, pet, and loved. She wears a pink bow on her head.

i wouldn't want to fight you even though you are on my way^^: i don't have any high-leveled poke, my nikk will be around 27 and the cubone like 2-5

Bio: I come from Celadon City. My father is a high ranking commander for Team Rocket; my mother didn’t know this until after I was born. She tried to take me and leave him but he wouldn’t ever let her. Dad always brought home Pokémon from the game corner for me to play with. My first Pokémon was a Dratini that my dad gave me from the game corner, and I also caught a Growlithe in the field outside town. On my 14th birthday, dad brought me to the secret underground basement in the game corner, and started me working as a Team Rocket grunt. I hated working for Team Rocket. I was surprised that they didn’t treat Pokémon like friends because my dad acted so differently at home. I heard about the mysterious Pokémon that steals other Pokémon, and it reminded me of all the reasons I hated Team Rocket. Angry and upset, I stole a Porygon and ran away from home to find the Pokémon.
Personality: Slow to trust, holds grudges for a long time. Hates being told what to do. Get on her good side, however, and she's very loyal. Would do anything for her Pokémon.
