I'm new!
I'm pretty use to Avatar sites already so... I managed to find out how to edit my signature and I explored the shops a bit. I'm still a bit confused on how to finish editing my avatar though! I have the base, but absolutely nothing else. Help? OH. Some of you might recognize me, not too sure. My name is Dawn, I'm eighteen, I live in Canada, Quebec. I have a boyfriend who I have been with for two years. I'm a photographer and writer. That's pretty much it! |

You need to get the face and stuff from the shops. They have some free ones...though you'll need to buy your own hair. Also, there's a newbie giveaway thread if you're interested. Feel free to ask me any questions if you don't know about something. |
YOU SEE. I was thinking that perhaps I had to do that. I was just staring at my options all like "wtf what is this, no eyes or hair or mouths?!" Thanks for clearing it up! I should set up my Adopt A Newbie thread here when I am better off. Yeah? |
I already decided that I'm going to get myself a pair of Horns and a Tail! How much do they go for? I won't be discouraged if it's a lot... I can just make it and put off on purchasing nicer eyes, etc. :D |

btw the shop with the eyes and facial stuff is Trinkets and Tresses. Those...erm...dunno, I'd ahve to look at the price guide to know. The problem is finding sellers for those XD It's easier to just buy the runes you need for them and then buy them later since those are yearly items they wont be dissapearing any time soon. |

Those are quite the pricey items you're questing. I think they go for about 6k each? I dunno. If you're really active, you should be able to obtain both of them within a couple months.
The shops "Threads" and "Trinkets and Tresses" have free clothes and facial stuff for new users. If you'd like some free hair, you can have some of mine. I warn you, though, mine is in strange colors. |

Yup, I just checked the price guide. They go from 6000 to 7500 depending on the seller. They'll be in the shop until November. That's when the new yearlies come out.

@Nierra: They do have some that are better that cost au but they still aren't that expensive.

The achievement system is new, so that's all there is for now. There will be more items in the future, though!

Yes it comes out with new items. I don't know how often they change it though since I myself have only been here for max, two weeks >.<
