Trisphee Fighting Game
 

I know it isn't going to happen but wouldn't it be cool if we had some kind of animated fighting game for our site? We have so many weapons already and...well my current avatar is sort of inspiring to me to make an OC out of him. I like this one a lot. But yeah anyways how would such a game look like, play like in your mind's eye?

I would think that would be awesome but then the artists would work harder to do the animation as well as with so many clothes, weapons, and details to it it would be close to a year project to do

Something like that would remind me a lot of that awful game on Gaia...

What, zOMG? I actually enjoyed that when I still used Gaia.

Actually I do have plans for how to handle the graphics without totally overloading our pixelists.

Make no mistake- I'm not suggesting we get an zOMG copy cat for Trisphee. More like a personal fantasy to share with others. With every avatar I make I tend to create a little story for them (hence why I like 'create a story for the AAY' thread that isn't as popular as I wish it were.)

@Coda: Me too! I enjoyed it while I had officially left Gaia xD For a good 2 weeks it was the only reason I logged on. Not that I really got that strong but making it to Bass'en Lake is something. ^^

The idea of a crisis and my part in helping restore order played a good part in it. The rings too, cause you could be anyone to help. Not some hero- but a citizen who simply wanted to help out could.

I'd be down for it depending on how it's done. A knockoff version of a previously made game is not very attractive to me at the moment.

I've never played the games on gaia other than the stupid pinball one that rips you off

I enjoyed zOMG! until my computer could no longer handle it..

But having a fighting game on trisphee would be cool and possible good for the site. It would give users (and dk) something more to do and bring new users in and old users would possibly come back.

I never liked those types of games even though I own like 3-4 of them. But it would be something to do if something like that is made.

It would be interesting, for me when it comes to game I would like gambling aurum games like blackjack, texas hold em, poker, those types.

I would love Black Jack! 8D thats the only gambling game I know how to play x'D

I would love to see the gambling version of Mahjong.. OxO I have a free Mahjong game on my laptop that's teaching me how to play.. I fail so bad xD solitaire Mahjong is fun too.. I have it on my DS and I want to get the 3DS cube version.

Wow...this is about an action game not games in general. Though I have no craving for any games on here in the near future maybe some day. That would be cool. C:

I also just thought of Solia's Job system and all. It's awfully lot of work to just understand what to do I said "screw it". I wanted alchemist so badly just so I'd be like: Doulos, the Ghost Alchemist or something cool >w<

There was one site that did feature a fighting system that wasn't tied into the avatar system. It was alright. I couldn't get hooked on it though. The fighting system they had for the event though a ton of fun and I got to use my avatar for it! x3

I think I beta tested it.. I remember the sign ups for the beta testing of zOMG.. barely though xD I just remember the rabid hamsters and getting stuck due to a bug xp

Yeah... I had to go through a lot to actually get in. But I had a friend on staff that gave me a good referral. xD

Yeah, I got in right when the game first went into open beta. I wasn't in the invite-only one.

Edit: Turn-based CRPG had crossed my mind. Implementation-wise it would be fairly straightforward.

Knock-off or not, I'd totally be down for that. As long as time is taken with it, and it can develop as time goes on.

I would love to try turn base CRPG.. I don't think I've ever played that type of game..

I barely remember beta. I think I got in on the fact I was using a lower end system at the time. Didn't actually contribute much to be honest though I did play and mentioned a few glitches that other people did as well. For example I kept getting stuck on the train ride...later I think they cut out the sewer scene and changed the rings you could get in the beginning. I was very sad when my fitness ring went down in price. Should've sold it while it was high.

FF turn based style fighting system? Who are we controlling? A previous site with a fighting system- I didn't enjoy because there was real connection (for me) to who was fighting. It was a generic icon. Will we control a number of pets into battle? I'm sure making it multiplayer would take a real toll on the servers. Using pets would sure save from combat-to-forum avatar switching. Plus might attract people who love having electronic pets. ^^

Actually I meant console RPG, like Final Fantasy... I guess I was wrong about what the acronym meant and now I feel silly. XD

It would be pretty cool, anytime I hear about a possible game for an avatar site, I start thinking of .hack..I guess its just because we can dress our characters, and do things we want to do.

Blasterball is the shit. If Trisphee had that game, I'd be on here for HOURS.
