Can someone please explain their method of charging for things?

Since somehow

A 5 piece chicken strip meal=$7 (+.50 to make it a large)
A route 44 powerade (+.20-the difference between large and route 44)
Tax=.77
That equals 8.47 right?

Why was I charge 8.99?

Their way: -they called me-
Drink+Fries+chicken=9.80 (about) and they gave an 80 cent combo discount. Even more bullshit. Sad thing is, I actually want somethign from there, but after that....they can kiss my ass.

And yes this is a bit of a rant because Sonic has messed so many orders of mine and my brother's that it isn't even funny-overcharging for the food we get (since they didn't give us the right size...and ARGH!)

They didn't give me one.

And I complained on their website. They called me and told me I was wrong. I can add. Considering I am in college, I hope I can do that much.

forget the website go straight to the store giving you issue then if nothing gets resolved write a formal complaint to their home office and have others do the same

See, the website sends it the place....or the manager of the area. He called saying I was wrong. I've decided I don't care. I just probably will never go to that sonic again....which means they lose my business altogether. I hope they're happy.

well I'd go back online and put that you don't like being told that as the customer you're wrong, because, as everyone in retail knows the customer is ALWAYS right. Trust me, this not only goes to that store, it goes to his district, and possibly regional manager. Ding him twice and it'll cause results.

If a business thinks that arguing with a costumer is worth the risk, than don't bother eating there anymore. I'm sure other people will do the same thing in your area if it keeps happening.

It's like when Friendly's took their traditional Milkshakes away and put in some coffee frap thing in it's place. So many people complained and stopped going to their local Friendly's that they brought the traditional Milkshakes back and got rid of that piece of crap they replaced it with.

Someone from sonic called me and tried to say they sell Powerades for a premium which is a load of shit. They are grouped with the other drinks with the same price. I hate when people lie to me.

Yeah sonic sucks a bit.. Nothing is premium, sure they have slushes. But its poorly crushed ice and juice ._.
I can make a better slushe with my blender and koolaid.

I liked their creamslushies. They were good. Too bad.

Also, I don't get slushies from them other than the creamslush.

i used to work at a sonic, i went from it being my /favorite/ food joint to not eating there, safty and health standards are a joke^^: it's so damn gross

There's a sonic in one city 15 mins away...another in a city 15 mins away in a different direction. None in my city or its twin city.

um...well tacobell is pretty upfront where i live, you can see the whole kitchen just about

Taco Bell...I've had some nasty food there...though I don't think that is their fault really.

And I don't have one of those lol...the twin city has....subway, mcdonalds, and wendys. Wooo variety!

Dominos just don't taste right anymore. Not that they're great....but they taste wrong now.

I ordered a large combo and made the drink bigger

It says on the board thing....make it a large for 50 cents more (and the cent difference between a large and xl drink is 20 cents)

so what they could do is added the fries and drink separately from the order since it's two different size

But they gave me the combo discount they said. It would've been 9.80 without it. That makes no sense.

Holy fuckeroonies, Chocobo has a LOLICUP where she lives?!?! LUCKY!!! The closest Lolicup to where I live is about two hours away in fuckin' Orlando. *shudders* Oh lawd, the tourists! Everything there is bookoo expensive.

Well, I have Green Island, so I win! You seriously have no idea how glorious it is at the Island. It's like Lolicup plus amazing authentic Japanese food. The beef bowl as awesome, and the fruity toast is absolutely yummy!

We just recently got a shitty chinese buffet around here .-.

I got 2 Chinese places within a block of me, one is pay by the scoop and the other one is an awesome buffet where I got coupons for when I go to a supermarket.

I don't know if we have an asian market but I'll be around asian goodies at NDK XD

Mine isn't shitty at all (not to my knowledge), asian places here is rising a little bit since they just opened a chine place that's paid by the scoop.

Even my friend (who's is Asian; Half Korean half Chinese) says our Chinese buffet place is good.

IRONY: I'm not Asian and knows how to use chopsticks, my friend's Asian and doesn't know how to use chopsticks XD

I'm Irish/Scottish/German/Native American, and the only thing I really enjoy from any of those cultures is potatoes.
