Heya there Welcome to Tris. We are in the middle of a Mini-event at the moment that is what the rations and waters you'll find are for. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask.

We're in the middle...ish...of an event right now, which accounts for the Rations and Water you might be finding.

The people here are pretty nice and all. There're a few charities and help threads around the place if you need them. (Also, if you browse through the shops and find a hairstyle/color you like, just tell me.)

I think they're gonna be used to buy certain event items (and maybe traded for other things? No idea yet) in the second part of the event.
