Server Too Busy
 

I was curious what's going on when I get this message because a little while ago I tried going to different pages and all of them told me the same thing, that the server was too busy.

That's a problem we're working on. It's exactly what it sounds like: The computer running the website is too overloaded to be able to let you use Trisphee. It doesn't happen very often -- usually only in the early morning -- but it's something I'm trying to fix.

Were you guys doing anything differently yesterday? Because I got the server too busy error about twenty times randomly throughout the day. It's frustrating because lately every time I can be on I can get 1-5 replies in and I get a server busy error.

Nope, we weren't. I'm still trying to figure out what's causing the problems.

Seems like someone is using the site computer for more... Nefarious reasons if you catch my drift > w>

We currently only have a virtual private server so while we are 'virtually' private we do have other sites sharing the same area and we have no control over what they are doing but I am not even sure if thats whats causing the problem. We added some load tracking to track whats going on and the amount of Traffic trisphee has, has NOTHING to do with the server showing busy notices. This is getting on my last nerve as the last thing I want is for users to be pushed away, especially during event time. We are doing what we can to help guys, and hopefully it is fixed soon.

It is going down a lot more often. And the times that it is going down are odd.

That it is. Seems like it is closer to around peak hours for at least the U.S.

8-10 am 6-8 pm EST seem the biggest problem times I find.

Today has been unusual. It's been down more today than it has in a long time. Usually it's just early morning. It's been at least four times today that my e-mail has lit up with alert messages.

Yeah, it was like that Sunday too.

I see that now that I'm reviewing the logs.

Glad to know it wasn't just me, I mean - Sad to know it's happening but I didn't want to be the only one.

COULD NOT for the the life of me get on yesterday. I got the Error all day.

It made two posts for some reason, if this one could be deleted that would be great.

The site has been just terrible today...
Its been slowing down every 30 minutes or so...

It kicked me off for 30 minutes right before the end of the event contests.... i was barely able to finish up anything

....end of the event contests? ...shit, did I miss something?

The contests haven't ended the only one that may have is the emperor one.

We are still hard at work trying to get these problems taken care of and I don't want Trisphee to think that we aren't. We are really hoping to get some long waited answers soon as I think we are all tired of the connectivity issues.
