Even though we have nearly 3K members (and it's pretty impressive), I think it would be MORE SUPER amazing to have 3K *active* users. But I don't think there is a way to differentiate active and un-active.

Haha. Not impossible per se. A hard challenge, yes. But just look at other avatar sites. I am pretty sure with enough time and age of the site, we can get there.

I agree, its just the matter of having everyone on at the same time.

We just need to give them so many awesome reasons to log on that they have no choice! The more people we can keep online -- the more active the forums will become -- the more people will continue to be online at the same time. Eventually we will get there. :3

Anyways, I will try to continue spreading news of Trisphee as I have before. We just need to get that larger, solid base of people to keep the forums going. That should be our first goal. Once we get that larger base, the others will come. We just need to show new users that Trisphee is worth sticking around for because smaller forum competition is a tough business!

Tris is right in between the big forums and the not-quite-making-it's. I don't mean to say that Tris isn't making it, of course, but then again, I don't want Tris to become really donation-based and commercialized...like...some other certain sites.

As a user of Trisphee, I think we just need a bit of color and a little sprucing up in the web design department. Some people might be turned off by the teal, as picky as that sounds.

Teal is all well and good, but it would be nice to have other options as well... like maybe purple? I love purple.

but then you would have to make /many/ colors and make it so users can change it and it would be a mess

I suppose so, but I don't see why everything has to be teal.

I'm with Reyo, I mean sure Teal is great and all, but I would love the ability to change it to grey-scale, it messes with my eyes less.

It's so deserted on Trisphee that all of the tumbleweeds left to other sites.

Actually it's not that hard to narrow that down to "who's logged in during the last 30 days?", and then we can estimate that everyone has one mule (lots have two, lots have zero, so it's not a terrible estimate), and get a pretty good guess on active users. I could also check IP addresses if we were trying to formulate a serious number, although that would catch couples who share an Internet connection.

I don't have a mule because one is good enough for me XD
