I can't find the DVDs anywhere or in Japanese on the internet to watch/stream...

I had a friend that had all of them on his external hard drive. So he lovingly gave it to me after I promised I would watch it every summer.

I have no clue where he found it, but he definitely torrented it. And it's not the best of quality, but it's better than nothing.

And if my hunch is right, I THINK Funimation is going to redub the whole thing. Which also means we'll get the 5th season.

Not that I ever minded watching it straight up in Japanese, but my moms a fan, and subtitles are seriously NOT her thang. xDD;

I just worry about how vastly different it might be from the original. Unless they're going to follow the storyline of the manga, that was ALSO just rereleased along with codename sailor v. With brand new translations.

I heard about it awhile ago. i was so excited about it. The problem is I probably will never see the episodes here. Or around here. I"ll probably have to find them online somewhere. =/

Wow, this is exciting news! Sailor Moon was my very first anime I ever saw, so I can't wait for this! Plus, I've been collecting the manga that was re-released in my area. (Have the first four volumes so far.) Anyways, can't wait to watch this! ^.^

I've got five <3 I was So happy they decided to re-release it... since I hadn't been able to read it before. I'm an old Moonie, and when the manga first came out I was like.. six or seven, and didn't even KNOW what manga was. xD;


They also released code name sailor v, for the first time EVAR.

I actually managed to get my hands on a Japanese Sailor V manga at a second-hand bookstore a few years ago. I could barely read any of it, but I was ecstatic.

I love Sailor Moon and I speak English.

I have a couple of the mangas and most of the first three or four seasons on VHS, but I must be sure to see this new offering.

Welp, all that means is that I've got the time to completely re-read the Manga, and rewatch both the Dubbed and Subbed Animes.

I have to admit im excited for this xD I remember the 1st season (never watched anything past that o.o; had things to do by the time they got to season to) It makes me feel rather old to tell the truth, it also reminds me of how corny the show was x'D

I also remember them heavily editing it for American tv networks to remove all the lesbian references and situations XD

I always found that strange that they edited those out. Seeings how there were far worse things a kid could see in anime or just anything else.

But I'm not a fan of sailor Moon nor the whole "Magic girl" franchise. Just something about girls transforming into sailor suits and fighting monsters is the best thing. ( enter hentai remark here )

Granted I watched sailor moon with my sister way back when. The last thing I remember was... Sailor moon and that um...Tuxedo mask getting married or something...
