How is everyone's summer so far?
 

So, i got to thinking this morning that the summer was so close to being over for most here in Topeka (where i live) and started to think about my friends and family and thought "hey! It might be and interesting idea to see how everyone's summers were compared to mine" So! lets hear how all of yours summers went/are going.

Got about three weeks left, which means I'm more anxious than ever....-sigh-

Boring. Classes and such. And reading. And trying to contact my roommate...all attempts of which have failed so far.

long because when it gets over 105 outside i don't want to leave the house and it is boring without too many people to talk to

It sucks. I graduated college in May...and now I need a job. My mother bitches about everything. So personally, I hate it. Plain and simple.

My summer is nearly over. Summer classes just ended yesterday for me, and fall classes start in three weeks, so this is my vacation time. :P Except I also work twenty hours a week in the registrar's office and have two volunteer events I'm going on over the weekends, so not much of a vacation at all.

Summer has been lonely and sad for the most part. It's just been me and my significant other. I miss our friends; we are pretty tight group. When they get back, I am throwing a welcome back party, making them chili, and playing tabletop games all night looong~

On the bright side, I walk four miles a day in the blistering sun, so I've got a great tan! -_-'

My summer is over in about a week...so yeah...

But it's been okay I guess. It's been a little stressful, and no where near what summer vacation should be, but oh well. It's all I got this year, so it'll have to do...

Honestly? I wish I could do it over.

I really haven't done anything spectacular this summer at all. Only hung out with friends a few times, didnt really go out and do much.. I spent most of it at the pool, or working here. I didn't even get to go to the beaaaaach!

I went swimming with my sister for the first time in years. I forgot what it was like the be chest deep in a liquid medium. ^^
