Are you obsessed?
 

I was wondering if you are ever obsessed with a game, music, buying something, anything. Are you like so obsessed nothing else matters? Well I tend to do this. When I want something I want something. or when I am into a certain band I;ll listen to there music over and over again. or if there is a game I want to play I will play it. Usually for a long time. and usually I get what I want with some talking to. I know its manipulative but I really want it! I don't lie at least.

what about you are you ever obsessed with something?
Also how is your week going?

By the way I am currently obsessed with music of all kinds. as long as its music. Mainly techno or itilabrothers.

I think just about everyone does what you describe. I obsess about everything from anime to games. ^^

I'm currently, and probably will always be, obsessed with Harry Potter. The books have been one of the most important things in my life, so much so that I've got two Harry Potter Book based tattoos, and am planning a few more...

I do obsess about some stuff. I get particular about odd things about games, like I need to figure stuff out on my own or play things a particular way. I don't do it all the time but it seems to come rather often. Oh, and Pokémon games. I REALLY obsess on those...I don't want to think about how many hours I've spent training and breeding teams...

I'm obsessed with Kingdom Hearts and the Tales of series. I buy every game they come out with. xD;

I used to be obsessed with getting the pokemon. I mean when I had the internet working on my DS it was wonderful. getting the pokemon only able to get through trading was wonderful. but then I slowly stopped because the internet changed and I couldn't get anymore pokemon.

My obsessions tend to be very fleeting. If I get into a tv series or band or website or get really absorbed in making something like a story or a piece of code or a drawing, it will generally fade within a few months or weeks, though not always completely out.

Some, though, are more long-term. I have been obsessed with the board game Cosmic Encounter for the last two years. It's leveled off a bit now (especially over the summer having no one to play it with) to where I don't constantly have Cosmic on the brain. But I never turn down an opportunity to play, and during the school year I'm constantly writing my own additions to the game and reading fan expansions online and so forth. That's about as obsessed as I get about anything.

I typically don't obsess over anything. I can be very interested in things, occasionally to the point of fanaticism, but obsession is foreign to me for the most part.

When I was younger, I used to obsess over any book I was reading at the time.

I'm very obsessed with Final Fantasy, Star Wars, Kingdom Hearts, Harry Potter, Pokemon, Green Day, Metallica and Shinedown. X3

Ever since I've joined I stopped trophy hunting and gaming all together dramatically. I tried not signing in for at least one day but I gave up after a hour or two and just had to get back on. I'm a frequent forum user, but this one is different...

I used to get really obsessed with stuff, but not anymore. The thing I was obsessed with the most in the olden days was Gorillaz, but now I just sort of get into things without getting absurdly into things. Maybe.

I'm obsessed with a few things.
Writing, roleplay, .//hack, making amv's, vocaloids and painting warhammer models.

My mind is always active thinking about stories, or potential plot twists to rp's I have going to the point I can pester my rp buddies for posts... Though I do try and be patient.

I love the whole .//hack series I was ecstatic when my fiancé bought me the first 4 games for my birthday a few years ago and now he's looking into the G.U games. =3

I make amv's for gifts but recently I have no motivation so no amv's have been made. =/

Vocaloids, well normally I only listened to Japanese music anyway but as soon as I found the evillious saga that was it I wanted to see the whole story and got hooked.

I love warhammer and warhammer 40k, although it is expensive it is a great thing to do and has even got me to be social offline. <3

well other than one person
I'm not sure about them sometimes
they easily get bored so if they are about anything at most maybe for a few hours and they get over it... which doesn't seem normal
