Mom bought me runes
 

She donated $5 earlier today using Paypal and I have not received the runes I was hoping for. I don't know if it's an automated system or if an administrator puts it into my account. Her first name was Angela.

I really hope this gets resolved =(

You need to PM Fenris with your transaction number, because the runes aren't yet able to be automatically put into your account.

Where would I be able to find the transaction number?

Ask you mom to check the receipt from paypal through her email or through her transaction listing.

It should be located in either your paypal history, in the email paypal sends to confirm transaction, OR the reciept you can print off :D

How long does it usually take to get the runes after you've sent the PM to Fenris? I still haven't gotten them >.<

Um it depends on how quickly she gets online >>; i havent seen her online in a couple days so she might be out for the weekend but you should get them as soon as fen has a sec to verify the transaction :D

Alright, thanks for your help. I've been wondering when it will be complete, since my mom is worried about it not going through or being ripped off.

I am sure it will be done soon. Fenris simply has real life, she has job and stuff. ^^;

Perfectly Wicked, did you send the transaction number to Fenris in a PM?
And other times, she has time and things are sorted right away, so, this is not a -always- occurance, don't worry. ^^

Bubbles and Wicked, I called Fen and you should have your runes. She's at work right now, so anyone else that I missed will have to wait.

I'd like to remind everyone to PLEASE add what character you want the runes to have last time when you're donating so we don't have to e-mail the user to ask. It makes it easier on us and will ensure you'll get your runes at a much faster rate.
