Sorry to bother if this is something silly on my end.

After equipting shoes I am not able to layer the item.
Up and Down arrows don't work.
I can drag and drop it to a new slot, however the item will not layer on the avatar. No change is made to the avatar image.
Once it has been dropped into a new slot the layering freezes, not allowing me to move any items at all. Neither the arrows or drap and drop.
If I leave the page and come back the item is back in the first slot and has not moved from the original slot after it was equipt.
It can be unequipt with no problem.
