Items out of place

Ok for some time now my items are out of place and the layering is not doing it's job. for example I was putting on my Oinari's Ears and when I click save they are back of my avi's head and I tried to layer it to go right on where they should be it wouldn't do that and some of the hair items are in the back of my avi head or it's not there at all are doing the same thing.
IDK what to do is this some kinda bug or something else can someone look into it?

That is a glitch, we are indeed trying to fix it, hopefully it won't take to long!

If it helps I use Firefox and maybe the glitch has to do with people using firefox on this site.

From what members of staff have said, it is indeed due to using Firefox. If you use another browser to save your avatar it should work fine.

My internet explore browser is not working so this is the only thing I use.

Chrome has the best support for Trisphee out of all browsers we've tested.

I know but can you check and see why firefox is not working well on this site? Maybe you can find a way to fix it so it won't happen again

Firefox gives out before the avi is completely rendered and saved, it is a firefox problem not a Trisphee problem.

There was a recent update to Firefox that could be the cause of the glitching layers, but we've not been able to nail down exactly what's happening there. Most other browsers are fine with it though.

Didn't know EI was doing that too, thanks for telling us!
