Woe Is Me ~ Nox Event Game

Hello everyone, Virgil here.

As you know Nox is a time of remembrance, so I've decided to host a little contest of sorts.

This contest really has nothing to do with writing ability, it's about remembering loved ones and sending the souls to the heavens.

So here's what you need to do~

Write me a little poem, it doesn't have to be good, it doesn't even have to make sense, it just has to be a little poem, any format will do.

Then we'll put all the poems in their own little boats and send them adrift in the river, randomly through the Nox I'll pick up one of the boats that made it ashore and that person will win a prize.

Remember, it doesn't have to be sad, it can be silly, strange or whatever you want it to be.

Rules:
You may enter a new poem once every 24 hours.

All poems must be written by you, they can't be grabbed from a poetry site or what not.

They must be new poems, don't go poking back in your files for one now.

We'll clear out all the old poems after 24 hours.

Virgil will pick out a random poem every 24 hours, that user will win a random prize.

I didn't think I'd actually win to be honest, seeing as I'm actually pretty rusty ^^;. I'm very happy I did win though :D. May I submit another poem for "round 2" :3 ? Also, how many people did enter the contest? If you don't mind me asking ^^;.

@Quiet Man Cometh: I send my poem via PM to Virgil Marks :3. I think you can post them in the thread as well but if people will post a lot it could potentially get lost in all the posts.

Yeah, you can do either, it just depends on if you want yours seen or not.

And you can enter every round! There were only a couple, but hopefully we'll get more as y'all see there are actually winners here xD

I'd like to do this but I think I burnt myself out on writing lately, with all the work I've been putting into my NaNo projects. I can normally write a poem fairly easily but it feels like so much effort right now!
