Tentacl refugee
This place is no Tentacl. Everything's blocky and analog, looks like it runs on HTML 4, and the avatars aren't what I'm used to, but it'll do.

I'm sure you've seen me there, too! If you've been there recently, I'm one of the more vulgar petitioners, and my user name is the same here and there.
As far as blades are concerned, I like Jahael's sword. Of course, it's the only one in the scabbard, but hey! I found a pair of boots I like, and the tune up gloves would do nicely. Only thing I can't find is a non- bell bottomed pair of cargo pants. I suppose the stonewashed jeans will do in a pinch. |
I looked at Tentacl exactly once. I'm afraid I was put off by the hyper-realism of the avatars there. I guess I have a taste for the fantasy inspired.

I can't blame you for that. I honestly rather liked it. IRL, I'm a transgendered girl, and the hyper realism in those avatars let me create a body and image I could see myself in. That avatar is how I really look. Only she doesn't have to shave when she's been up for three days reading an engineering textbook. Accounting for basic anatomical corrections and varience, of course.

Well hello! I'm super happy you've taken it upon yourself to read my posts on Tentacl and try out Trisphee. We're a nice little community here, and though it's a pretty basic site, the staff here truly cares about their users. I think you'll fit right in.

There isn't a tip option, but that's a good suggestion. I really liked the social interaction feature on Tentacl. I think that's what I'll miss the most about it, besides the avatars. I didn't meet very many people and sort of kept myself confined to Lulu's Gurrl Trouble thread, as well as a few others.

Hah! Yeah it was a pretty fun thread. It's just a shame that Tentacl admins are nipping it in the bud so quickly, and not really taking their users into account.
I will start by saying that necroing threads isn't allowed (example: reviving an old thread by posting 'Yeah I agree'), and there is a minimum of three words required for each post, unless you're posting in Forum Games. That's about all I can think of right now. My boyfriend is impatiently waiting for me to join him, so off I go! I'll be back on again sometime tomorrow ;) |
It's technically a two-word minimum, ahaha. And even in forum games, if you CAN, try to make it a bit more than, say, just a number or something.

Quite a few of the hangouts are marked [M] in their thread titles which obv means you can go ahead and make your sexy PJs there. Or make a thread called 'Bad Sex Jokes [obv M]' you wouldn't be the only one having fun with a thread like that. I liked the avatars on Tentacl but not the manner of social networking. |
