Logging out?

I'm not sure why but I can be browsing the shops or the forums and I get logged out randomly. I'm not sure if it's only me or if others are experiencing this as well. I have no issue with re-logging in or anything but I just found it to be weird is all.

Same thing happens to me, no worries.
I think it has something to do with not posting or being in the forums? -Shrugs.-
But I understand what you're saying.
When changing my avatar I get a message that says, "You must be logged in to edit your avatar." and all the sudden I'm logged out.
A temporary fix for this is if you don't want to get logged out, click the "Remember Me" check box and you won't get logged out unless you choose to.

It's not particularly unusual. Who's your Internet service provider? Did you mark the "Remember Me" box when you logged in?

Yommy 10-28-2010 05:38 PM

AT&T is my service provider an I always have that box checked. It'll happen when I'm in the forums and in the middle of purchases. So I am being active when it happens. So that is suppose to happen even when you are doing things on the site?

Coda 10-28-2010 05:45 PM

Hmm, no, it's not. Try deleting your Trisphee-related cookies (this will log you out) and then log back in?

Yommy 10-28-2010 05:47 PM

Done, I usually delete all cookies before closing my browser though. So I shall see if this works. If not I'll let you know. ^_^

Sushi 10-28-2010 08:28 PM

Mine does the same thing. I assumed it was just because of lack of activity or something.

Coda 10-28-2010 08:34 PM

Lack of activity SHOULDN'T log you out if you checked "Remember Me" as long as your IP address doesn't change, and unless you're on dial-up or behind a proxy server that doesn't generally happen unless you're idle for at least a few hours.

Yommy 10-29-2010 07:10 AM

It seems fine as of right now. Still I will let you know if it happens again.

Konata 10-30-2010 12:48 PM

Eh I get the same problem too, it's probably just because you timed out.

Same here for me =3=

Yeah I agree above.
