I DID SOMETHING NEED HELP
 

I UNPLUGGED MY INTUOS AND I"M STUCK PERMANENTLY ON CAPS LOCK< AND EVERY TIME I CLICK ANY TAB OR LINK I ALSO CANT USE MY MOUSE TO SELECT IN BETWEEN WORDS INSTEAD IT MAKES ME SELECT EVERYTHING IM TYPYING

I"VE REWRITTEN THAT FOUR TIMES BECAUSE OF THIS BS NEED HELP

The simplest answer here is "reboot." When you disconnected the device, your computer's input subsystem thought you pressed the Shift key and then never got any sign that you let go of it.

That literally saved my entire day. I was going through all the settings trying to figure out what happened and got so frustrated I gave up and went on my errands XD

Rebooting is generally a good first-line response when your computer isn't behaving the way you expect it to.
