Ever ask a question, give an explanation of what your talking about to go with the question.. then get a reply that doesn't answer your question... like they only read the explanation of your post but not the actual question..

I pulled the whole thing from the BBCode guide.

I was hoping to use it on my Flight Badges so when people hovered over the badges it would tell them When I acquired the badge and why.

Take not of the bolded part. I asked a question.
