What are your favorite fonts?

Right now I like Nunito and Bad Script, though it seems I never stick to one for long xD!

What fonts do you like :f-?:

Lawtan 04-30-2017 11:27 PM

French Script, Century Gothic, Old English Text, Georgia, Imprint Shadow, and Calibri

...there are downloaded ones I like better from dafont - A Lolita Scorned, for example.

Hmm. That's a hard one.

I used to really like Bookman Old Style for serious work, and OCR-A Extended for fun. Nowadays my go-to fonts are Verdana and Tahoma when I need sans-serif, and to be honest I usually end up using Times New Roman for serif -- there's something to be said about the classics.

Usually the ones I used for old DnD adventures that I downloaded ages ago, have since lost, and now can't remember the name to find.

It varies, but I've started preferring more minimalist fonts for large work projects, like Ariel or Century Gothic. I rarely use decorative fonts now.

Call me odd
but the old papyrus font is my favorite
that and general cursives
But I have a tattoo with heretic written in papyrus font on my top chest. XD

i use verdana a lot. otherwise, i have a pretty modest collection of handwriting fonts.

I love HandwritingOBP in particular, but i have a couple others.

Ever since I found Althea, I don't want any other fonts in my life. @_@

Potironette 05-01-2017 04:39 PM

So many pretty fonts <3! I didn't know dafont existed :o

I used to use Papyrus and Bookman Old Style a lot for my book reports and school projects in middle school xD. Then everything started standardizing to Times New Roman so I stopped playing with fonts as much (now I just use fonts I like to take notes with).

...I may have to take that font from you, Suze. It's a pretty font.

My boss loves the spy agency font
As an add in XD

Quiet Man Cometh 05-02-2017 12:45 AM

The more time I spend starting at my screen, the less patience I have for elaborate fonts.

Moonshadow 05-03-2017 10:38 PM

They're all cursive?

I like Homemade Apple's aesthetic. Though I don't use cursive fonts much because I'm not great at reading cursive ('~')

Boris 05-05-2017 09:31 PM

Yep! They are all cursive! I just LOVE cursive! My cursive is okay, but... I want my cursive to be like way back to George Washington. I only stopped using cursive on another site because not a lot of people liked to read cursive.

Gallagher 05-06-2017 04:51 PM

there are a lot of nice cursive fonts. i don't have many, but a good number fall under my fondness for handwriting fonts, so i may just go through the list you posted and yoink some for myself.
