I don't have that achievement,and I don't usually post comments in profiles... I have in the past, but I can't remember why. I do reply to profile comments, though.

I tend to forget achievements are a thing until they pop up in the bottom corner of my screen and annoy me with their presence until I bother to click them and make them go away.
