Access Difficulties

One of my friends still has problems accessing the site, specifically Poggio.
She says she types in 'trisphee.com', but this is the page it takes her to now.
Error Site
Anything I could tell her about what she's doing wrong? Or right? Or.. something.
Thanks in advance, I know you're all very busy. ><;

Are you sure she's typing out "trisphee.com"? Or is she following a saved page in her history?

From the image, it still looks like the temporary webpage that we had up earlier.

I am looking into it now, I think she is the one who emailed me. But if I had to guess the only thing that might help is flushing the DNS and I onky know how to on pc. Do you know which she uses?

Coda 11-24-2010 07:54 PM

Instructions for Windows and Mac: http://www.tech-faq.com/how-to-flush-dns.html (its Linux instructions aren't correct for all distributions)

Also, if you're using trisphee.com, try www.trisphee.com; if you're using www.trisphee.com, try trisphee.com -- sometimes the DNS might update one before the other. For me, for instance, trisphee.com works but www.trisphee.com doesn't.

In the worst case, you may need to wait a few hours to a couple days for your ISP to update its DNS cache.

Thanks a lot for the help, I'm passing it on to her.
And I think she's currently using a mac.

I get this problem to but then i trie again and im in DX

Poggio 11-26-2010 11:55 PM

DX I HATE MY LIFE, for some reason Trisphee works on the wireless, but the wireless is very shitty.
I can't seem to get it to work with the regular campus access even after following those instructions numerous times, on different computers.

Chi 11-27-2010 10:53 AM

You've tried flushing the DNS and switching between trisphee.com and www.trisphee.com ?

My problem with campus computers, or school computers in general is sometimes they block websites like this.
Even colleges, not lying. xD;
Um, but the wireless works, it's just not very good.
Hmm... you may just need to wait honestly.

Poggio 11-27-2010 06:24 PM

Yeah, I think its just my schools network that hasn't caught up with Trisphee, server transfer.
Or it might have just been that one computer I was using. I am still not 100 percent sure.

Chi 11-28-2010 01:54 AM

I would agree with your first thought.
It may be that perticular computer, but if it's not it's likely their system trying to update.

Poggio 11-28-2010 02:32 AM

xD in a small way its kinda both.

Chi 11-28-2010 08:47 AM

Or that, I guess. xD

Poggio 11-29-2010 05:48 AM

So... now its doing something different. Now its logging me out but when I log in it will say I log in but refreshes to the homepage and I am not logged in. Or it tells me the server error when I preview items in my inventory.

Coda 11-29-2010 12:31 PM

Failing to log out is generally a cookie issue. Delete your Trisphee-related cookies and close all of your browser windows and it should get you properly logged out.

As for the server error... Do you have a particularly large inventory?

Fulkth 11-29-2010 01:58 PM

I have trisphee bookmarked. You know as a little icon on my toolbar so I use that most of the time.

And I'm not sure if you guys know this already or not, but sometimes when I try to log in....it says thank you for logging in...blah blah blah

but then I just go back the the front page as if I didn't log in.

Coda 11-29-2010 02:13 PM

That may also be an issue with your cookies.
