Missing set items
 

So I bought two Azeil's Bundles, and when I go to my avatar tab, there's only one set, plus an extra skirt/bottom thing. Is it just me, or I am having a problem here?

close your tab or browser and look again, sometimes that happens to me too and that usually fixes it

I've done that many times over x_X The second set's claws and tattoo are missing.

Okay, now I'm missing the Darberus spear and helm from the set I just bought...

I will have Coda look into it asap, I can't guarantee he will be on tomorrow as I know he is with family. But we will look into it most definitely to see whats causing the bug.

(and also the "It Works!" thing I was asking you about over email?)

Yes although I have no idea how that error is coming up. Its just with the holidays right now fixing will be a bit slower.

Espy, according to the database, you were granted all six items correctly and then you traded two of them to Storm at around 7:16 PM on November 20th, along with a big stack of other items. Did you forget you made this trade?

Nuh-uh. I traded a few of the items I knew I wouldn't need, but I'm sure I bout Azeil's and Darberus's bundles in the past, say, three days. Darberus was yesterday.

Every copy of every item has a unique number attached to it. The items that were unpacked from that bundle still exist and are currently in Storm's inventory, and there's a record of the trade that transferred it from your inventory to Storm's. Go look at your trade history; you can see it for yourself.

Alright, I see. Sorry about that, Coda (I forgot I traded those over....idiot me). But the Darberus items are still missing.

You... traded those to Storm, too. Same trade, at that.

....Fack. I feel stupid now XD

It's okay. :) We keep logs around for a reason, so we can figure out what happened when things get mixed up.
