Friend has trouble accessing site.

http://i53.tinypic.com/r9mjy8.jpg
She gets this message when she comes onto the site. When she clicks the links it gives her, it just takes her to a temp site with an Ip address as she explains it. She uses Firefox and says sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I'm not sure if she needs to Email someone on the site.. If someone could help us out I'd be very great-full.

Just reset router if she have one
by just shut down the PC completely then unplug all plugs on router box
and plug them back then turn on PC to start up.

Thank you.^^ I'll tell her and post if it works or not.

Logan 11-30-2010 01:12 AM

No problem, if it works then good.
Do that again and again like i did if she encountered same error
again like i did everyday. XD

I hope the DNS shit will be fixed soon, it slowly getting on my nerves
to reset my router daily.

Fenris 11-30-2010 01:21 AM

The most common problem is silly right now though, we are fixing it but it will take time. For some people http://www.trisphee.com works and for others its http://trisphee.com

Amethyst 11-30-2010 01:21 AM

I haven't had the issue.... Idk why..

Fenris 11-30-2010 01:24 AM

It is a simple DNS issue and since its causing a problem we are working on making sure both link redirect to the same one because atm due to the server transfer its treating them like two different links.

Amethyst 11-30-2010 01:30 AM

Thank you Fenis.^^ I'm sure you guys will have this issue fixed soon. This is still a new site, so issues can be expected.^^

Hey I'm the friend. Some times more earlier in the day I can get on here but later in the day is when I have issues. I don't know if its just a user volume issue or what not. I do plan to try the unplugging my router that Logan suggested, at some point today.

Zypher 11-30-2010 01:57 PM

No, it's not user volume pocket. It's the other issues listed in the thread.

LadyCopperFoxx 11-30-2010 09:50 PM

I have the same problem. It gives me the page with the DNS cleaning thingy.
But I already cleared my DNS.
But Trisphee without the www. works fine.
