I know that the event is almost over, but...

I have no idea how to battle others. D:
Do I just click the "Divine" button-thing on their post, or am I wrong?

Sorry if this is a dumb question... ><

Click that huge "Join the War" button on the top!

Chi 12-31-2010 04:38 PM

Like Espy said, just click the "Join the War" button.
As long as you have a assigned side, you can battle others.

And then you wait for an opponent to appear, then pick an attack, then wait for opponent do and depending on who picked winning attack (there is certain table as to which is winning weapon against what), the lsoer gets a sword and winner a feather. ^^

So, it's basically just a waiting game, then? I don't go out and challenge other users? o:

When you click on the "Join the Battle!" link, you'll be taken to the battle screen. Every two minutes, you are eligible to battle. If there is someone else in the system (and there should be, counting NPCs and such), you play what is essentially rock, paper, scissors with them. *nods*

If you win, you get a feather; if you lose, you get a broken sword. That's all there is to it.

Yeah, you have to have someone else battling at the same time.

NPCs are in the Battle zone or whatever, too, though, so you should usually have an opponent.

Also, it could be a figment of my imagination, but it seems like posting more makes Feathers appear more. I'll tell you now, 90% of the feathers I've gotten have been from clicking them as they pop up while browsing.

Oooh, okay. Thanks a ton for answering, guys! <3
And sorry, again, if that was a silly question.

Sadrain 12-31-2010 06:28 PM

No, it wasn't. C: Everyone seemed to be asking similar things over the event. C:
