Not letting me buy an item
 

Pastel Pink Mesh Tights isn't letting me buy it D: I have enough aurum on the mule account, nuvola. There is 74 aurum on the account and the cost of the item is 50 aurum.

Please help? ;-;

What do you mean by "isn't letting you buy it"? What message, if any, are you getting?

Hmm...well, it's not the item...I actually just bought one ^^;

Is it showing an error message, or just not changing the screen? It could be a loading issue...

This happens to me when I buy several things in a row. It stops giving me the items I 'buy.' It looks like I bought it, but when I go to my inventory, I didn't spend the aurum and I don't have the item. Usually I won't be able to buy anything else for the rest of the day. It happened a lot during the events when I was trying to get rid of swords/shards. As stated before, when I buy it it looks normal, but I didn't actually buy it.

It is a different problem. It's saying I don't have enough aurum when I try to buy it, but I do have enough aurum. Nightmare bought it with her account so the item is bought now and was traded to the mule.

I had that problem with IE before the new layout. I had to log out and close out of the window and start over to buy something else. P:

Internet Explorer was the web browser I was using at the time. It might have just been that.
