Type and write but skips the post
 

Sometimes I find it is hard for me to post on sites like this...
even if I spend hours going through threads...
However, I keep finding myself
writing responses
cutting out part of a response
deleting the whole response
trying to rewrite the post
only to delete it
and move on
never posting anything to it even if I spent up to 2 hours thinking and trying to make a response...

I kind of wonder who else does that... as well as any tips on stopping it.. even though I know it is kind of just a mental block that just has to be worked on to achieve

it took me sometime even to write this little bit because I kept doing it over and over... sigh, just kind of flustering that I keep feeling it isn't right...
perfectionist traits... keep kicking in and annoying me...(turns into a blob) blahhhhhhhhh~

Hmmm the only time I have this problem is with roleplay.
I found that a good way to get over it is just by clicking off the page for a little bit, and every time you have the need to re-read it just kinda denying yourself that...

I have trouble with that too from time to time. I what I do is just edit it to it's desired length, suck it up, and make the post.

and yes it makes sense though I had to reread it a few times =p gone a day without sleep and I'm still not sleepy, is the next night... actually I think I've been awake for around 48 hours now... is just surprised I'm as alert as I am now =p
yeah I could also do what Taradiddle does =p I actually have done both of those before but I'm less likely to leave it alone if it really bothers me...
buh thinks about things to much I guess... doesn't seem to care as much at the moment which may be due to the lack of sleep... but knows I normally would care so thank you for the tips and not letting me feel alone on this ^-^

I think it happens to a lot of people from time to time, so you're safe =) You wouldn't have to worry about saying the wrong thing in any of the threads I make. I am open to all conversation :3 So if you feel you want to chat, I am always up for it.

I read lots of posts but for the most part I don't post. Either I don't know what to say or sometimes I'm afraid of what people will think of what I *do* post. I usually don't spend a lot of time editing though, if I decide to post something I usually go right out and do it ^^

I do that some days too. Other days you can't stop me posting anywhere and everywhere.
