...Bots?
 

I've seen two posting so far. I don't know if they're bots or something else..

One goes by the name of JibiaSlisasom and the other is Buncbreenna.

We usually catch them pretty quick but you found these before we did. It'll get taken care of. In the future just use the "report" button on the offending posts.

Wha are bots anyway?

Automated programs that register to forums in order to post spam.

Ah, so evil Bots >.<

What do they do here for? O_O

They aren't targeting us specifically. The bots just search the Internet for ANY forum site and try to worm their way in. Their intent isn't even to advertise to our users; instead, they're trying to make their site look better by making it look (to search engines) like the users of our forum like that site.

I have a bot at my store his name is Whorpoock

already took care of it, Echo. if you use the report post button, you don't have to mention it in a thread. all the mods get an email about it. it gives a much faster response than reporting in a thread. speaking of which, I'm going to close this thread. we don't particularly need it.
