I changed my email is that why it wont let me post?
a message popped up after i changed my email address but it dissapeared before i could finish reading it.
Now all but the top 3 forums are locked to me.

It looks like it sent you a new E-mail confirmation. O: Did you check the new e-mail address that you entered?
