Old Threads Auto Locked?
Posting here because this isn't an error. I was looking for my shop and using the link in my siggy was able to find it. My threads have fallen off the 6 pages availability before and I've been able to find them through my bookmarks/links. The last post was on 03/02/11, over a month ago. When I tried to go into and edit the front page I noticed that the thread had been locked. I haven't gotten any warnings (that I have been told about) and have kept to one perm thread per the forum rules. Are older, inactive threads automatically locked when they fall off the 6 available pages? I wasn't alerted that there was a problem with the thread, so that shouldn't be the issue. |
Someone may have locked it when it "Closed," I can unlock it for you if you'd like.

Yes please. xD I 'close' it all the time when I'm out of stuff to sell/buy so I never thought of it that way. lol |

When older threads haven't been used in a long long time, they're locked. It may end up getting locked again, but I doubt it. Plus if you ever need a thread like a shop unlocked, you can PM a moderator assigned to that forum to unlock it for you. :3 |
