Open/Closed Beta
 

Heya,
My friend and i were here during open/closed beta. I got the anka items and stuff, whereas she never did. So my question is, did you have to post during that time, or were they given to all the accounts who signed up at that time? Also she donated to the site during that time and never received her pandora's boxes, so who does she need to talk too to get them?? Thanks :)

Edit - I joined Trisphee in the beginning, but somewhere along the way my account got wiped from the site, and I had to rejoin.

She needs to talk to me. I would need her paypal transaction id's and if her account was inactive at the time we did a mass removal her account didn't exist any longer. To receive it she would of had to of been an active enough account that it wasn't pruned (this prune is the one and only prune that Trisphee ever has and ever will have done). So she would not be able to receive anka unless that account still existed and existed before the cut off date (September 21st) also closed beta items were Anka and Beta fish. If she only existed during open beta she would of only received Tech Horns and Rave Fever.

If thats hard to explain I am sorry but if you message me with the information I can look into it.

Again I will need paypal transactions for her to receive Pandora boxes.

The Open Beta Cut off date was September 21st 2010 and the Closed beta cut off was September 1st (somewhere there abouts at least) 2010, your account joined in December 2010 so it was much to late for it. I am going to look at your paypal transaction tho.

On the otherhand that transaction ID is definitely old enough to receive Pandora Boxes.

The Boxes have been added to your account.
