Ipod Troubles

I have the ipod video nano like in this ad http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qP79rRzzh4

Anyway it' wasn't a problem never needed to change a battery in it's lifetime, but last week when I had to restore it to it's factory settings somehow some of my certian songs get's automatically skipped, even when I click on that song it gets skipped to the next availble song then when it gets skipped and I try to click back it wouldn't let me.

The songs work on my itunes but not on mt ipod so it's the problem with the ipod.

I've tried restoring it again and again, renaming songs, reappling the songs back to the itunes and even updating the software and nothing worked I looked up for some answers online and there was one where you have to play each and every one of the songs in my itunes (which is about 200) and I did that it didn't work.

HELP ME I miss my favorite songs on my ipod

Umm, did you check if the song is in format that the ipod is supporting? i had the same problem when I tried playing .flac with my ipod, which doesn't support it. If ALL your songs (and double check this) are mp3, then I dunno.

I'll try then I heard about the AAC format. They all worked before I had to restore it then it's the problem

All of my songs are MPEG Layer 3 audio

Hmm, then I really don't know. Maybe take the play list out of the ipod, erase everything, and put it back in. You can just copy everything into a folder, then clean the ipod folder, and copy things back in.

Yea I had to do the hard way which was to replace the songs

You may need to re-download those songs. I had a similar case a while ago and that was the only way to fix it in my case.

Those specific songs were converted from Youtube but I fixed it by going the hard way. I'll let this stand for others people that have other solutions for those who had the similar situation
