Where's the Star Wars Thread?
 

The Old Republic is coming out soon, and I for one have already pre-ordered it and paid it off. Who else is excited for it? What class are you going to play?

I'm holding out til they actually release Knights of the Old Republic 3 (*dreams*), you know, the version that I don't have to play with irritating strangers, and pay for the privilege?

I get so upset seeing the trailers for TOR, since they look TOTALLY AWESOME and I won't get to play it get, and it drives me insane.

My brother is super excited about SWTOR!
It's pretty much all I've heard him talk about the last few months. > u <;
He preordered and paid it off as well.
I'm not sure what class he's going to play as or anything like that.

I'm so excited for TOR, I think I was literally one of the first people to preorder it. I saw the announcement when it first got posted, and literally about 30 seconds later I had it preordered. xD

I just got the standard edition though. I would of gotten the digital deluxe edition but I like having a disk and a box. And the Collectors Edition is just too pricey...I would have gotten it if it was cheaper, but I got my early access code and that's all I ever wanted.

It looks interesting BUUUUUT im waiting to see how it play game play wise as i have played many of the Pay 2 Play MMOs Like WoW, DCUO, and Rift. im hopeing its good cause i really loved the KoToR games but im not holding my breath for all i know it could be a whole nother FF14 all over again

SWtoR is actually made so that you can solo your way through the story. The monthly fee thing can be annoying to some, but I'm used to paying one for WoW.

Yeah, I don't have a job, so that's the main problem for me.

I know how that is. Fortunately I have alternative means to pay for everything. (Nothing illegal :P)
