Viewing Trades
 

While I know it is most likely due to server overload, I am having problems with viewing trades. Not starting them, or looking at trades that I have started from my end. But the opposite person (like my mule) cannot open them - gets a database error - and I can't view trades it has sent to me.
Thought I would let you know that the problem is currently on there.

Database errors? I get e-mails every time the server generates a database error, and I haven't seen any in a long time aside from the usual nightly downtime when the backups run.

I'm unfortunately going to need more information to track this down. A screenshot might be a good place to start, as well as information about the trades being made (who it's from, who it's to, what's offered in the trade).

It was from cazzy's mule to my account the item I was trying to buy was a ribbon mage for 5.5k

What's the other account's name? PM it to me if it's supposed to be secret.

It's a trade between Dream of Dusk and me. It has Crystals and Jewels in it. About 100 jewels and 10 crystals.
Same happens with every other trade that has been sent to that account trying to view it. The ones the account has started, it can view.

I also got this error yesterday during day, just trying to get online.

I am using Chrome, Fire Fox and Safari, for browsing my three accounts. Same problem everywhere. That screenshot if of Chrome.

An update: Regular trades and CODs, not instant deliveries, can be viewed.
But if Send Items Immediately gets changed to any other type, it still can't be viewed by the other party.

EDIIT: I cancelled the trade I sent from Dream of Dusk to Shadow Mask and sent a new one... Still can't view it. Could it be because it doesn't have avatar? But I had that problem earlier with avatar having accounts, too.

That's... entirely possible, especially considering a recent change I made! Let me take a quick look; that might explain everything -- if so, easy fix.

Strange that I'm not getting e-mails for those errors, though.

Edit: *checks code* ... *facepalm, modifies one word* Okay, now it doesn't require you to have an avatar to work. XD

I figured that avvie is not problem anyways. My and Anurah's regular trade couldn't be viewed by me after I added 6k to it, too.
It seems to be fixed now, though, thank you. C:
