i was at 65 wins and 66 loses, i wanted to get one more win to appease my ocd and sure enough got it but it says i won 67 times now^^: it read my newly aquired jewel(from post) as a win and now i am thinking maybe my scores are not accurate if it has done this before

No, it definitely doesn't read posts from jewels as wins. I'm not sure what happened, but I'm not too hugely worried about it. In general you can trust the stats.
