Which online services are available to create free websites on second-level domains?
 

I have an idea to create a website but I need some help. Anybody knows where can I create a website free of charge? Please! I need your help!

And to answer your question; I've heard of people using webs.com. Don't know how well it'd fit to what you want, though.
