Assassin's Creed
So, I've only recently stumbled upon the Assassin's Creed games, and that was with the second one. Was wondering if anyone had an opinion as to the other games in the series and whether or not they are worth playing.

Dear god. Never knew you're an AC fan. I'm an AC fan(atic?) but I've only played AC: Altair's Chronicles, and even that was r4-ed. But from what I've heard (mostly from Straywolf), they're all really good. |
I've played 1 and 2, none of the spinoffs. They're good, but I always wait for them to drop to half price or so before I buy them. They just don't last long enough to justify $60 to me.
They do tend to get a bit repetitive, but the story is always interesting. I thought 2 was a massive improvement over 1, so here's hoping the 3rd one is even better. |
I've only watched friends play a couple times, and we admire the scenery. My friend likes the fact that he can climb up the Duomo in Florence, Italy. I think that was game 2, with Ezio.
I enjoy the youtube Literal Assassin's Creed Brotherhood trailer entirely too much. :D |
DUDE WE JUST WATCHED THAT IN OUT POST-ACG-MEETING MOVIE SMASH TODAY. I still find it funny. Not as much as my friends find it, but, meh.

There's another for Revelations but I'm not as keen on that one. Might help if I played the games more.

Just finished the second game. Ending was a bit weird, but interested still so debating on getting Brotherhood and then possibly Revelations.

I've played 1 and 2. I love the games, mainly the story lines.
To me, just the story of the games make them worth getting. Plus, the game play isn't bad either. |
Well, broke down and back tracked. Got the first game. It's different playing it after beating the second game. Still, definitely worth the story.
