ever feel awkward on new sites? Like you can't just go into a thread because everyone knows everyone and you'll look weird?

We are a very friendly site we love to talk with new people. So your always welcome to join any of the threads I talk in.

I know when I first started here I was always afraid to come, say... "barging in" on a conversation. I eventually realized that I'd never get Aurum if I never talked though, so I just, well, started talking. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't...but hey feel free to visit any of my threads :3 Well, maybe not Seven Deadly Sins anymore. :p

Thank you (: I was trying to find one to talk in and everyone was already in conversation. So I was like, oh, this is awkward. xD

Step 1. Pick an interesting clubhouse.

Step 2. Comment on the current conversation.

That's what I did, I think it worked pretty well. I was incredibly nervous about it at first, but there's so many lovely people here.

It's always good to find a nice site with a good community. These days they're kind of hard to find, I think.

I normally feel that way as well. What I do though, is ask permission to post there and so far I've been told it's okay and have joined many conversations...

I just have to not be asocial and talk to people..

I feel that way on certain sites but seriously, we don't bite here.

I know how you feel. It's why you never see me post anywhere.

I was because I'm shy as well as its one if my first avatar sites I've been on (my first was Gaia which I have no interests in.) and when I was fresh meat it was a year and some months ago so the scale was very small and minimal.

I talk more on Gaia when I do talk. I understand their internet culture...also...if one person is mad at you, there's about 5 billion more to talk to so it doesn't matter. You will both eventually forget each other.
