Omg gross o.o
my friend broke her arm really bad i had to rush her to the hospital she broke both of the bones u have in your arm and one of them was like sticking out of her arm so far that u could touch it X.X it was gross and knowing my friend she touched the bone of her arm which i was creep ed out DX
but its now been a month and there is puss coming out of were they repair her arm and stuff she is refusing to go back to the hospital so i wondering is that normal or should i be rushing her back to the hospital again ? o.o |
That is an infection and should be taken care of immediately, the break in the bone could be infected and then it won't heal correctly... Also.... I wanna touch her Radius or Ulna!

Tiva
oh my that sounds bad X.X guess i should tell her to get her butt to the hospital :q and why ? o.o |
I am an anthro major... And her radius probably would have been cool to see...
|
ah i see but still its kinda creepy o.x which i would of took pitchers but to busy trying to get her to the hospital XD
|
Yeah that is more important. But she does need to go back if the infection doesn't clear up in the next two days. If it gets bad enough she could lose her arm, the infection would get to the bone and basically destroy it (alot of pain).

Scary I bet for the both of you.

oh my that sounds bad Tomorrow i am going to take her t teh hospital world do it today but currently have no gas tell Tomorrow
|
Yeah it is but it would take weeks for it to develop enough. Just when she goes in tomorrow make her take WHATEVER they give her, no matter how gross it is or if she feels better before it is done.
Also, her arm has probably not healed since her body was trying to fight off the infection not replace the bone. Until the infection is gone the white blood cells will be putting that on back order, like fighting the invaders off before they rebuild the castle. Some simple woven bone (flexible and not very strong ) over the injury and if the infection over takes her immune system it will be easy for the infection to move into. This is mostly for your friend, letting her know what can happen if she doesn't stop the infection with medication and doesn't take it seriously. I am not an EMT or medical student, I am an anthropology student and we study bones and the damage to them. |
ah that helps allot i def have to take her to the hospital tomorrow wither she likes it or not - 3-
