First Nightmare in Years
 

So I woke up at 1:00am this morning, wimpering, almost. A ball of limbs have me claimed, a ghost of my beloved sister...
Yet what has happened I do not know, nor why it has happened. The evils of nightmares have not plagued me for years.
Why now or all times?

Maybe you had something on your mind that involves your sister or something you saw triggered something in your brain to think about her.

Are you under stress or have something looming in the future to worry you?

I hardly have dreams when I sleep so I can understand why it would make one think.

Stress, yes...prehaps that is what is cuasing it...but why my sister, is my thoughts.
