Will only art shops be allowed or are there plans of expanding it like the Contests and Raffles?

We will have a game forum when we open fully. Currently games are not allowed until that forum is up.

Breedables and Thread dedicated to the creation and sales of profiles may go in Artists royale with all the other art based threads. [pixelling, drawing/cging, etc]

Any auctions dedicated to those will go in the respective auction subforum for that forum.

I see. Does that include coding a flash game?

I was going to be using HTML5 for the most part instead of Flash, mostly because I don't know Flash.

Edit: I misinterpreted your question. Yes, if you make Flash games, that's considered a kind of art.
