Uh, I'm trying to understand hula hooping better?

How does one "understand" hoola hooping?
What are you trying to figure out...like how to do crazy tricks?

Mmm, well I can hula-hoop but eventually the hoop falls off since I don't really feel the hula hoop--I kind of just move and it spins..then it falls after a while. I'd like to be able to control the hula-hoop.

But you're right in me wanting to do crazy tricks eventually ^_^'

Some even go so far to use fire hoops =O
My friend also does poi, But I've never seen it in person only in videos I get sent XD

I have the opposite problem of not having much time to post to get currency... Plus being in the UK I tend to be around when net to no-one else is and then in bed when the site is most active ^_^;;
