what general items are you looking for? not all of us are familiar with hatsune miku, so I think stating the generic version of the items you're looking for will be more helpful to us/you.

For the item list, idk about her face, prolly those eyes bluebird mentioned with a generic nose and mouth?

Idk how accurate it'll be, the cosplay I made is only about 80% accurate cuz of what's available

i could probably reasonably bullshit a hatsune miku cosplay with a few alterations. i think there's some lolita-style armwarmers that would be suitable?

I'm currently working on one but lack of money makes it a pain lol

HDE Lolita Armwarmers might help, but they're a lot shorter than I remember.

also, bell sleeves might help you, but given that there's a V-shaped thing on them and there's no blue stripe, it might not suit the cosplay you're trying to do. works for a placeholder, though.

EDIT: you could possibly combine both the bell sleeves and the HDE Lolita Armwarmers, but idk how well that'll go.

The base hair may or may not match better as well, depending on which artist you look at, and I can grab three different art styles just by looking around my room and they all do the bangs somewhat differently
