I haven’t played don’t starve but I do have don’t starve together and I love it haha.

Currently waiting for Woodie's character update. I haven't played the original Don't Starve either tbh -- only got Together when it was on sale and got a free copy along with it, which I gave to a friend of mine. We don't talk much anymore, sadly.

Apparently there's also going to be a general content update to the beta. So I'm a tad hyped over that.

Me and my bff tried playing the together version, but we argued a lot xD about what to do, which isn't ideal.
We died of madness a lot. Also killed by the big pigs and other monsters.

Yeah, Insanity is more towards a detriment when you're new to the game. When you get a bit more experience in kiting shadow monsters (wait until they attack, move away, then attack and repeat the process) it's more towards an annoyance.

Also, sometimes the game registers two hits on them instead of one.

wait... you can attack them and not just wait by the fire??

yeah, you can definitely attack them.

using the f key helps a lot with attacking.

I got a mod character who respawns when she dies as a demon and all is good. XD

Woodie's Character Refresh has landed! Aaaaand so has the Salty Dog content update.

Cookie Cutters are hellish.
