and I'm not sure if there is a way to embedd the video
into my post. Is there a way? And if so, how can I do it?

Just link to the site. We don't support it and I don't intend to add support for it, due to the large size of embedded videos and the necessity to load the Flash player. (We don't use Flash anywhere else on the site.)
