Default when does damaged become broken? #1
last summer i was hit by a car and thrown into the road, it messed up my lower back and pelvis, for a while it was getting worse. when i quit working it slowly got better but in the last couple months it has gotten worse again to the point where shoveling snow yesterday has had me on my belly all day today and maybe tomorrow as well and each time i stand bend or twist it is a practice in seeing what pitches i can make

the doctor said it could take years for me to get better but i am wondering if i am not making it worse trying to keep myself in as little pain as possible, thoughts opinions and advice on this please?

Did your doctor recommend sessions with a physical therapist? If not, well, that's negligence. It sounds like you need a professional to work with you on what you should and shouldn't be doing, and helping you strengthen the areas that are generating the pain in a way that will make it go away. And if your current doctor doesn't think you need it, it may be time to seek a second opinion.
I've gone to look for myself, if I should return before I get back keep me here.

well, this would be why it's not getting better. If you were hit by a car did it just drive off and so you have no way to claim through their insurance? Because if you were hit they should be paying for it all.
