Where would I post a Event/Giveaway thread? #1

Small question, I'm planning on a giveaway/event on trisphee. What is the proper forum to do this in? Would charitys and quests would be appropriate or can I post in community discussion or somewhere else?

Honestly? The main thing about this thread is your GIVING people things... SOOOOO, doesn't it make sense to make it as a charity? :3 I was going to make an event charity with someone but he's never on anymore... If you ever need any help with this thing feel free to hit me up, alright? ;]
But it would work in the Charities and Quests forum perfectly. ^^
